Arm Neoverse CSS N4 Launched for Next-Gen CPUs and DPUs: Arm announced the Neoverse Compute Subsystem (CSS) N4, a new compute subsystem targeting future servers with up to 128 cores, PCIe Gen7 support, and 3nm process technology, addressing search intent for semiconductor, AI chip, and data center news. Built on a 3nm process, the Arm Neoverse CSS N4 supports 8 to 128 Arm Neoverse N4 cores per die, operating at up to 3.8GHz with a focus on power-efficient compute.
